Tom Ryder-Jones
Project Manager
Tom joined AXD as an apprentice after finishing his A levels. He completed his apprenticeship when he passed his HNC in Construction. Following this he progressed to site management and obtained his SMSTS certificate. Tom has continued his progression with AXD by broadening his knowledge through training and qualifications like his NEBOSH, which has allowed him to become a project manager.

Philip Mead
Operations Manager
An experienced Construction Project Manager delivering projects valued between £100k - £5M across multiple sectors. A member of the Institute of Civil Engineers, Association of Project Management & the Security Institute and has designed, planned & implemented building works, technical fit-outs and physical security upgrades for many clients across the UK

Having worked within fast paced and busy environments across the UK and Middle East, Julian ensures smooth day to day running of internal finance practices, cost control procedures, HR and office management with an organized and efficient approach.

Jonathan Harrison

Jonathan has spent over 35 years in the construction industry focused on the concrete, communications and power generation fields. He has worked globally in climates from -20*C to + 50*C and still enjoys the challenges of delivering well engineered projects on time and within budget
